Hello and thanks for being here…

In 2018, it felt as the world was caving in on me. I had lost my job, was walking through a lawsuit and trial with my husband, my father was dying from colon cancer, and I was growing sicker by the day from all of the complexities that was weighing heavily on me. I landed in the E.R., had to have emergency surgery due to an infection in the walls of my G.I. tract. Two and a half years of surgeries, 21 rounds of antibiotics, and then the pandemic. It was all so much. I felt like I was fighting for everything. My health. My marriage. My identity. My Life.

Through compassion, curiosity, and patience, I learned about the complexities of how the human body can heal and how resilient we truly are. Coaching is one of the gifts that came from these experiences towards my own greater health and helping those around me.

Proudly I share that I am a Nationally Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, I work with individuals and groups supporting their journey towards greater health. Additionally, I am an ADAPT Certified Functional Health and Wellness Coach. It is with deep passion and excitement that I merge all of the paths traveled through life in which I am inspired by - parenthood, loss, personal growth, partnership, nutrition, community, sleep, education and wellness.

I enjoy working with large groups, teams, individuals spanning a variety of skill sets and backgrounds to bring about the brilliance that only diversity can create.

And when I am not coaching, you will find me hiking, backpacking, camping, and spending time with my favorite humans and animals in my favorite place - the Great Outdoors.

I also hold numerous certifications related to health and development.
